Friday.

I really need to be cleaning the house right now (that seems like all I do these days) but I'm not allowed on the computer after 10 o'clock, but I am allowed to clean after that time. So I'll post about my lazy day right now, and then go clean. I'm trying to post every day so that this is sort of like a journal for myself.

Yes, I had a lazy day today. Compared to yesterday, I was downright useless. I woke up to Willa yelling for "Somebody! Anybody! Hurry!" and of course Mommy was in the shower and Emma was changing diapers, so I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs. Daddy was on the phone and he wanted to talk to me and Emma. He asked us to turn the house upside down to look for something we lost a month or two ago-- or three. And that's just what we did. Nevertheless, we never found what we were looking for. And now we have a messy house. Oh well.

(Oh, I forgot to mention that I had stayed up a little later than normal watching Cranford last night ---which is SOOOOOOO good! Love it! Such a fun movie, definately worth seeking out and taking the time to watch---) I was so tired by noon that I laid down in my bed for a little snooze. I never take naps. But today I did, and Emma woke me up around 2:00. I felt much better, but still weaker than I think I should be. Mommy and I decided that I should take it easy, because we've heard that pneumonia is a very hard thing to get over, and that you are weak for weeks after the actual virus is gone.

The front steps looked very warm from my vantage point of looking out the front door from the air conditioned house, so I grabbed How to Read a Book by Mortimer J. Adler and stepped into the warm sun. It felt good to just sit and read because I haven't done that (except for my devotions) for a very long time-- like, since May.

Now I'm off to clean out the fridge because I can't even fit the salsa back in which I only took out 4 hours ago. It's horribly disorganised, and I'm going to fix that. Wish me luck.

Oh, and before I forget, Miss Baucham, if you are bothering to read this, how did you know I linked to your post about dishes? I'd like to know how to do that.... :-) Or did you find this from the live feed? Just curious. Thanks.

~Night Ya'all. It's 10 o'clock.
